Not much is really different with Dustin and I, as far as things we are doing, going through, etc. We have managed to sneak a few lunch dates in which was nice, but I'm still waiting on a good weekend away! Right now, we have plans for next month so we will see!
But as far as Kyndall, I have to say this has been her busiest month yet! Every month I read a the section of "What to Expect the First Year"according to what month she's in. I have to say we pretty much have the 8 month list covered! (all except crawling!!)
Here's what she's doing:
- Rolling over
- Eating on her own (Gerber bites, bananas, cookies, etc.)
- Talking a lot more. She just starting saying dada da da da da da da...all the time!Of course I won't admit that she's acutally said "dada" as in, her Daddy yet. Once she looks at him and just says one "dada", then maybe I will give in and call it her first word. But I'm still hoping she pulls out a "mama", while calling to me!
- Waving bye bye/hi
- Clapping - LOVES to clap!
- standing up when holding onto things, even knows how to put her legs up when on her knees to stand
- she yells at you if you take something away and she doesn't want you to! (I really didn't know this started ALREADY!)
- Knows what sit up means, and does it very well with just a little help
- Sleeping on her stomach. This just started, before she would freak out. Now she will go to sleep on her stomach once she rolls over and be fine with it.
- Loves to sit in her playpen and play with all her toys
Oh, and STILL no teeth! So, hopefully for Vol II, I will have some good news about those things!

Thanks for following my blog. Your little girl is soo cute.
