Times like these...

I don't even know what to say or how to start. There's more to the story then I'm ready to talk about right now, but, simply put -we had to put my beloved and sweet puppy of almost 9 years to sleep on Friday. She was our child for so many years, and so much more to us then I ever knew a dog could be (and I grew up always having dogs).

She was our firstborn, our "Munchies", our "Boogies/Boogs/Booger Bear", my CHYNNA LYNN, when she was in trouble.

Our french fry sharer, and our front door Welcomer.

Our alarm system, and our protector.

Chynna was a special girl, and I hope that if, and when we decide to get another dog, we can find one with just a tiny bit of her personality and sweetness. She ruled the roost and she knew it, and we didn't care. She had the biggest heart, and was just filled with sass and personality! Even though she was almost 9, she never slowed down. And she LOVED her kong....

She will be missed so much. Our house just doesn't seem like our warm home anymore without her here with us. This sucks.

She was my daily annoyance when she wouldn't stop barking at the evil dog next door, and my warmth and comfort when I went to bed every night.

We really are devastated in every since of the word. We decided to do a private cremation, and are hoping that once we have her back on Wednesday, we will have a little more closure in know that she is back home with us.
