I fought my mom on this as long as I could...I did not want her to get a hair cut. Everytime my mom saw her she said she did...Even though it was coming down into her eyes anytime there wasn't a bow in it, and being that she only keeps bows in for about an hour and a half...this was most of the day. I just didn't want her to lose the length that makes her look girly (even though someone did call her a boy last weekend...I guess they didn't see the sparkley pink heart on her shirt).
So, I gave in and let my Mom's long time friend Katy give Kyndall her first "haircut". Katy also gave me my first hair cut about 29 years ago. However, all I would let her cut where her bangs (or "banks" as some refer to them), then even up the sides to blend in. We were left with only a TINY bit of hair for her book. But its ok with me...its out of her eyes, and that's what I wanted!
